Warmup starts at 8:00 am for a 9:00 am start.

Races to be swum as timed finals.

Ribbons to be awarded to three fastest swimmers in the following age groups: “9 years”, “10 years”, “11 years”, “12 years”, “13 years”, “14 years” and “15 years and over”.

Swimming WA Club Sprints trophy will be presented to the highest scoring club.

Two swimmers per club are eligible to score points in each event/age category. An extra 10 points will be awarded to swimmers who break meet records (except skins races).

 

Skins races format:-

The fastest eight swimmers of each gender in each stroke will advance to the skins event. Skins events to be run on two minute interval with remaining swimmers exiting the pool and walking back towards the starting blocks at the opposite end of the pool.

Heat 1: Eight swimmers
Heat 2: Six swimmers
Heat 3: Four swimmers
Heat 4: Three swimmers
Heat 5: Two swimmers

Please note that all Entry times must have been achieved since Wednesday, 1 January 2020 and must have been achieved in a Long Course (50m) pool..
