UWA West Coast Swimming Club provides junior swimmers with the opportunity to develop swimming skills by learning about competitive training and racing.

Advanced skill acquisition and training ability for competition purposes.

JUNIOR GOLD SQUAD

Specific sets to continuously improve speed and endurance. Stroke technique and skill development remain the primary focus of this Squad.

UWA West Coast Coaches have a proven track record of success in coaching and training swimmers for any level.

CHLOE INNES

JUNIOR GOLD COACH

Chloe is a Swim Australia Development Coach and has an Exercise and Sports Science Degree. She has been teaching for the past 7 years and coaching for 5 of those years. She is an active Open Water Swimmer.

JORDAN MACE

STATE AGE, YOUTH SQUAD AND JUNIOR COACH

Jordan is the lead Coach for UWSC State Age Squad, he holds Swim Australia Development Coach qualification and is a certified Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer. He has previously coached in Queensland, Australia.

DANA HARRISON

JUNIOR COACH

Dana is a qualified Swim Australia Foundation Coach and is in the final stages of completing her Development Coach accreditation. She is a former national-level swimmer, previously training with the UWSC Developing National Squad.

LUCAS WILSON

JUNIOR COACH

Lucas is a Swim Australia Foundation Coach (SAFC). He started swimming with West Coast when he was 9 years old and has been a competitive swimmer for nearly 10 years. Lucas is currently a WA West Coast National Swimmer in the Performing National Squad.

SARAH BOND

JUNIOR COACH

Sarah is an ASCTA SATCS Coach and AUSTSWIM TSW. She joined West Coast in 2015 and swam in EN and DN Squads. Sarah now swims in Open Squad and is focusing on open water swimming including swimming the Rottnest Chanel Swim.

JONO MORPHETT

JUNIOR COACH

Jono is a qualified Swim Australia Foundation Coach and national-level open water swimmer. He is currently training in the UWSC Developing National Squad. Jono is working towards completing his Development Coach accreditation.

LUCY MURDOCH

JUNIOR COACH

Lucy is an experienced Swim Australia Foundation Coach formerly SATCS and AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety. Lucy was also a previous swimmer at UWA West Coast.
