UWA WEST COASTJUNIOR GREEN SQUAD
Swimmer should be able to continuously cover a distance of 200m in freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke while demonstrating satisfactory starts, turns and stroke technique.
In addition, the swimmer should demonstrate 25m of butterfly.

While the main objective of this squad is still stroke development, an increasing emphasis is placed on improving endurance, as well as advancing the development of split-strokes, drills, starts, turns and finishes.
